The short version: When you buy Notely CRM, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it forever. You own the notebook and all the data you put in it. You don't own the underlying templates, design, or brand. Don't resell or redistribute it. Use it honestly.
1.Acceptance of terms
By purchasing or using Notely CRM ("the Product"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.
The Product is sold by Crisp Digitals ("we," "us," "our"). The customer is referred to as "you."
2.What you are purchasing
Notely CRM is a digital template system delivered as a OneNote package file (.onepkg). It includes:
- One (1) Notely CRM notebook file
- Quick Start Guide, Outlook Setup guide, and Cheat Sheet (PDF)
- Access to any updates released within 12 months of purchase
- 30 days of email support
3.License grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-business license to use Notely CRM for internal business purposes.
You may:
- Use the Product within your own business, with any number of team members on your staff.
- Customize the notebook — rename sections, add fields, adjust templates, add your own data.
- Create backups of your notebook, including the customized version.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product with other businesses.
- Use the Product to create a competing product for sale.
- Remove or obscure any copyright, license, or attribution notices.
- Share the .onepkg file with anyone outside your organization.
4.Ownership of data
You own all data you enter into the notebook. Customer names, deals, notes, history, products — everything you add is yours. We have no access to it, and we claim no rights to it.
Your data lives in your own OneDrive or Microsoft 365 account. We do not store, host, or have any visibility into your data.
5.Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the underlying structure, templates, design system, naming conventions, tag system, and brand of Notely CRM. These are protected by copyright.
You receive a license to use the Product — not ownership of the Product itself. Your license is to the delivered file, not to the underlying methodology or brand.
6.No warranty
Notely CRM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- That the Product will meet your specific business needs.
- That your use of the Product will result in any particular business outcome.
- That the Product will be free from minor errors or interruptions.
- That Microsoft OneNote will continue to function in its current form indefinitely.
7.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your purchase or use of Notely CRM is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the Product.
8.Refund policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
9.Support
Support is provided by email for 30 days after purchase. Support covers installation issues, template questions, and basic usage. It does not cover customization work, integration with other tools, or one-on-one consulting — those may be available as paid services.

10.Updates
We may release updates to Notely CRM from time to time. Customers who purchased within the last 12 months receive updates at no extra cost. Updates are delivered as new .onepkg files — you are responsible for integrating them into your customized notebook.
11.Termination
If you breach these Terms — for example, by redistributing or reselling the Product — your license is automatically revoked. You agree to delete all copies of the Product in your possession in such a case.
12.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of Notely CRM are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction. Continued use of the Product after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
